On Christmas Eve, we did our usual baking. First up...cookies for Santa!

Mixing the dough

Yummmm!!! Chocolate chip this year:)
Then we baked our "Happy Birthday Jesus" cake.

We started this tradition with Caitlin when she was 3 years old, and then let Harrison join in on the fun when he was two. Usually we make a round cake, but last year they both decided to make cupcakes for Jesus' birthday. This year, to be a little different, they chose a "rectangle" cake.

The chefs with their final product!
