I couldn't resist taking a picture just to show them that they really do love each other!

Snow was coming down really, really hard! It was beautiful to look at, but I was scared to death to drive us home in it! I had to wait about 15 minutes to let my windshield de-ice before leaving, and once I did leave it was sloooooooow going. Thankfully we are home safe and sound now waiting for that same beautiful snow to hit our house.
He picked out his Sponge Bob Smartie Pants pajamas to wear. Unfortunately they are summer pajamas so he had to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. That didn't phase him at all! He was just so excited to be wearing pajamas to school. In fact, waking him up this morning was super easy because he was so excited!
Back Row: Beth, Nakita, Mary
to see this cute little dancer.
Caitlin's tap routine is a competition piece this year which means they will be travelling to Montgomery in February to compete in Dance Masters of America. They were also invited to perform it at the Dance Jubilee.
...he was working so hard, he couldn't even stop to eat his lunch!!!
Me and the Guest of Honor opening birthday presents
Shannon and Tim acting goofy for the camera.
Todd and Laura--aren't they a cute couple?
Randy and his good friend Mike hamming it up. Is this man really 40 years old?!? But honestly, this is the same way they acted in high school is what I am told!
Harrison gave me the coolest houndstooth scarf and hat which I couldn't wait to wear. (Not the hat, though, otherwise it would have messed up my hair--ha-ha) Caitlin gave me computer accessories I had asked for, and Randy made a big hit with the Wii Fit Plus!! I just hope it's not a hint:)
Blowing out the candle on birthday biscuit
My friend, Laura, gave me a Gigi's cupcake! I've never had one before, and it was SOOOOOO good. Words cannot even describe how delicious that double fudge cupcake was!
Harrison picked out an Iron Man card for his Daddy. Daddy is Harrison's hero so it was very appropriate.
I gave him the commemorative Sports Illustrated of Alabama's National Championship. His big present from me will come on Saturday (more on that in a later post).
Just what I wanted....DJ Hero!! Did I mention that my husband is a 13-year-old?!?
Daddy and his beautiful girl eating their favorite meal: sushi!
SNOW!!!!
SnOwBaLl FiGhT!!!!!
Taking a break to say cheese for the camera!
Now switch places so we will remember Daddy playing in the snow too!
Look at all this snow on my hands!
Making a snow angel
"Just Dance" on the Wii. Both of them are SOOOOOOO competitive and get so mad with either the game or each other when they do badly!
Of course, we had to have some hot chocolate to warm up also.
See how hard he's concentrating? It's a true science mixing up the marshmallows and whipped cream into the hot chocolate.
