Harrison's school had a Can Collection Contest last month. If a class brought in 100 cans of food (or nonperishable boxed goods), then they would get to jump in a moon bounce for 30 minutes. Well, Harrison and I went to the store and picked out about 14 different cans of food for him to take in to his class. Apparently most of the other children did the same thing because every child in the whole entire school got to jump in the moon bounce on Tuesday! That means that 5,600 cans of food were collected for Christmas Charities!! That's a lot of food! Here is Harrison with some of his friends jumping for joy.
The little girl in yellow is Maddie--she loves Harrison and is always next to him in line, at lunch, on the playground, etc. Gabriel is on the right--we happen to see him whenever we go to Bridge Street.
